Cathy has a strong record of success with hotels, tourism marketing organizations and convention centres in both Fredericton and Halifax. She was the first FCC employee and was instrumental in getting the centre off to a running start. An active member of Meeting Professionals International, the Canadian Society of Association Executives and Rendez-Vous Fredericton, Cathy is proud of the team she has assembled, calling it "the best team I have ever worked with."
Director of Sales
A graduate of Atlantic Tourism and Hospitality Institute, Erin has spent the past 10 years in hotel conference sales/catering. With the additional capacity created by the FCC, more meeting planners now consider Fredericton, and Erin is thrilled to be the one holding open the door for you -- come and take a look! She’s sure you will love the natural light- filled spaces and magnificent art-lined walls as much as she does every day. When she’s not busy showing off the FCC, you’ll find Erin outside or on the water with her husband and 3-year-old daughter.
Senior Meetings & Events Manager
Jennifer brings many years of Hospitality and Tourism to the FCC. After completing a Travel & Tourism designation at the New Brunswick Community College in St. Andrews, she worked as a Front Desk agent, restaurant/banquet server and conference services manager in various hotels/resorts in New Brunswick. Most recently Jennifer worked on the client side of the business as Events Manager at the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce, so she knows what is important to you when planning an event. She loves working in the heart of downtown, then relaxing in her countryside home with her husband and black lab Joey.

Meetings & Events Coordinator
Kristina worked at FCC’s opening event as a part-time concierge while still a student, and is thrilled to now be part of the full-time team! With 9 years of retail experience along with hotel front desk responsibilities, customer service is Kristina’s modus operandi. Add in a diploma from the Events and Promotions Management Program, and she has the perfect combination of skills. Kristina loves working on details for all events, but holds a special place in her heart for weddings and social events.
Andrea’s strong work ethic developed while employed by New England Pizza throughout high school and college, and her hard work was honoured during her college years by twice winning The Lady Dunn Award of Excellence and making the Dean’s list. After a short stint organizing weddings, receptions, reunions, and conferences for a PEI resort, Andrea came back home to join the FCC team. A creative soul, Andrea loves to paint, make jewellery and play guitar. She is eagerly awaiting the chance to add her creative skills to your next event!
Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM) from the International Association of Exhibitions & Events, Kyle joined the FCC team in 2012. After completing his BA in California, Kyle worked as field operations coordinator in an Electronic and Electrical products manufacturing company for several years. He then went through a big career change when he was employed by an Exhibition & Convention Centre in South Korea as a tradeshow manager for 6 years. He has experience working with clients from different business and cultural backgrounds, and will put these skills to work on behalf of FCC clients. Kyle and his son Chris are discovering many amazing characteristics of NB including the four beautiful 4 seasons; winter is particularly lovely for Chris who had never before seen snow banks taller than his height after a night’s snow storm!
After spending a few years in British Columbia as Operations Manager of a four-arena Sportsplex, Brent made his way back home to Fredericton and is learning the hospitality industry while keeping the FCC running smoothly. He loves the hands-on nature of his job, and finds it a pleasure every day to maintain a beautiful state-of-the-art building. Brent once spent a week camping alone in the mountains of BC to prove to himself that he could do it, and the FCC team is happy that he fended off the mountain lions and brought his tool box back to NB!

A PSAV employee based at the FCC, Alex is onsite to ensure your vision for audio-visual support is brought to life. He’ll be on hand to ensure equipment specifications are correct, changes are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and that customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Alex’s career has been in customer-focused roles, and he loves the chance to help you plan your event. Well, what he really loves is the chance to play with all the new, cool technology available at the FCC, so lucky for meeting planners he can give you all sorts of new ideas!
