Cathy has a strong record of success with hotels, tourism marketing organizations and convention centres in both Fredericton and Halifax. She was the first FCC employee and was instrumental in getting the centre off to a running start. An active member of Meeting Professionals International, the Canadian Society of Association Executives and Rendez-Vous Fredericton, Cathy is proud of the team she has assembled, calling it "the best team I have ever worked with."

Erin has been a member of the FCC team since the very beginning, even prior to our Grand Opening in January 2011. With more than 15 years sales experience in the hospitality industry Erin is committed to service excellence and truly understands each clients’ needs are unique. Like you, Erin insists on having things done right!
Erin has a strong belief in community service and is an active member of both the Fredericton Rotary North & MPI Atlantic, as well as volunteering on an ad-hoc basis with organizations close to her heart such as her daughter’s school and the Terry Fox Run.
Outside of work you can find Erin…well, outside! Going for a run on the trails or a boat ride on the Saint John River with her husband Rodney and 2 beautiful kids.

Senior Meetings & Event Manager
Jennifer brings many years of Hospitality and Tourism to the FCC. After completing a Travel & Tourism designation at the New Brunswick Community College in St. Andrews, she worked as a Front Desk agent, restaurant/banquet server and conference services manager in various hotels/resorts in New Brunswick. Most recently Jennifer worked on the client side of the business as Events Manager at the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce, so she knows what is important to you when planning an event. She loves working in the heart of downtown, then relaxing in her countryside home with her husband.
Kristina has been involved with FCC since the beginning, starting as a part-time Duty Manager, moving to an Event Coordinator and now an Event Manager. With “puzzling” experience managing an escape room start-up company, and previous experience in retail, customer service is Kristina’s modus operandi. Add in an Events and Promotions Management diploma & wedding coordinator experience and you’ll see she has the perfect combination of skills to make your event a success. When not seeing to every detail of your event, Kristina enjoys creating art, and going on adventures with husband Jeremy.
Carla joined the FCC team in February 2016 after recently working with the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation. Carla brings excellent project and event management experience from Toronto and New Brunswick to her position. Her education in Fashion Marketing & Merchandising adds a new skill set to the FCC events team! Carla, husband Roger and son Evan have settled into Fredericton, and are happy to call our lovely city home. Carla has hit the ground running and is ready to talk to you about your next corporate or government event.

Having recently purchased her first home, Corinne and husband Adrien are putting down roots in Fredericton. Have a question about the FCC or need a recommendation for an amenity nearby? Ask Corinne! With a passion for meeting people and hearing everyone's unique story, Corinne is ready to welcome you and your event participants to the FCC. With 10 years of Air Cadet experience as both a cadet and a civilian insructor, Corinne's discipline and survival skills make her calm under pressure. Just who you want on your event hosting team!

With more than 20 years of innovative marketing & communications experience in the tourism, IT and advertising industries, Patricia delivers excellent results that embrace creative thinking and cutting-edge approaches to doing business. If you have interest in an FCC news story or are wondering about the website, social media or other communications initiatives, Patricia will have your answer.
After spending a few years in British Columbia as Operations Manager of a four-arena Sportsplex, Brent made his way back home to Fredericton and is learning the hospitality industry while keeping the FCC running smoothly. He loves the hands-on nature of his job, and finds it a pleasure every day to maintain a beautiful state-of-the-art building. Brent once spent a week camping alone in the mountains of BC to prove to himself that he could do it, and the FCC team is happy that he fended off the mountain lions and brought his tool box back to NB!
Technical Services Manager
Craig works on site at FCC as Technical Services Manager for Freeman AV Canada, FCC’s preferred in-house AV partner. Before joining the FCC team, Craig worked as an electrical apprentice, bartender/ banquets server/ houseman, mailman and most recently a Technical Services Representative for Freeman. What a perfect storm of skills and experience he brings to any event! Outside of work, Craig is passionate about Le Bleu, Blanc et Rouge - Les Canadiens de Montréal! And he takes every chance to head north of Fredericton to a family hunting lodge on the Napadogan Stream.
As seen on some reality TV shows, some chefs take total control of the kitchen by shouting and pointing fingers. Not Chef Godfrey. He prefers to lead by example, understanding that perfection comes through integrity, dedication and hard work. After moving to Fredericton from his native Lunenberg, NS to attend St. Thomas University, Godfrey soon realized his real passion lay in fine food. Now a Red Seal certified chef with more than 16 years experience, Godfrey has received many accolades, including leading the team at “rustica” (Canmore’s Silvertip Golf Resort) when it was voted the #1 restaurant in all of Bow Valley, Alberta! He and his wife and two sons were seeking the opportunity to make Fredericton their home again, and we are thrilled they did.
During 2017, Andrea is practicing her astounding organizational and creative skills at home, enjoying maternity leave and taking care of her baby girl who arrived in December 2016. In her time away from the office please get in touch with Corinne!
